CyberWire was bought in 2007 by a web entrepreneur interested in sharing his 10+ years of experience in making money on the web with others. CyberWire currently has two writers who are knowledgeable in search engine optimization (SEO), online marketing, affiliate programs, blogging for profit, and more. CyberWire was founded in January 2006 by a software developer returning to school for his masters degree. In order to fund his education 100% online without a steady 9-to-5 job, he create CyberWire.

CyberWire has now been online for 18 months and is ranked #1 on Google for many site specific search terms, and within the top-10 for many site-specific terms.
