Mesothelioma Layers Paying Top-Search Dollars
It’s been some time since I’ve updated my highest paying AdSense keywords list and I’m surprised by the results that I’ve found. It appears that mesothelioma attorneys are again paying the highest price for online advertising, at $69.10 per click! It has always been the trend that attorneys, insurance companies, and loan consolidation services are among those paying the most for online advertising, as they stand to make the most from a single client than many other businesses advertising online — which is the reason why the term “magazine subscription” is priced at $2.25/click and “mesothelioma treatment options” is over $69/click.

The problem here is that there is probably some very stiff competition for this topic. So, it will be extremely hard to get into the top of the search results.
I guess it’s time to learn a little about this and see if I can get some hits!

Hey, got a quick question. I think your list of highest paying search terms comes is based on Google’s AdWords. What about other contextual advertising services? Any idea how to find what they are paying?

Since I’m a newbie I would appreciate greatly if someone would take the time to respond to my question.
Let’s for instance say ====> Mesothelioma is the highest paid search term at $69.00 and that search term alone gets the big bang. What about all the other sites that are out there that cater to Mesothelioma too??? By that I mean – lets say Mesotheliomatreatments.com and they’re not at the top of the search heap… how does that all play out? Do/Are they still entitled to get $69 for the top click? And when the person clicks that ad to redirect them to go to the top paying advertiser Google isn’t giving away the farm I would suspect – what % do they keep on these ad revenues (per rev.) and what portion do they pay out? So if they’re getting $69 and paying out 50% — someone stands to make $34.50 each click.
I mean why couldn’t you have a blog site – have 1,000 friends who click daily or people you konw just clicking those links? who’s to stop you and how?

Athena, what you described is click fraud, and Google has banned hundreds if not thousands of accounts because of it. Have a look at their policies.
Also they do not share information about what percentage you get versus Google themselves. It’s always been a mystery.

A good list but I would have to agree that the competition for those words is pretty stiff.
Would love to see a top 500 or 1000 list, or maybe a group in the $20 cpc range where their might be slightly less competition or through which you could build a sub niche site.
The most I’ve ever got for a single click is around $4, do these $20+ clicks really exist?
