Most Expensive Keyword: $78/click

Posted in Blogging for Profit at 3:41 pm by admin

I will be updating this list weekly and below is the most recent edition. I have used the Google AdWords tool to compile an updated list of the current highest paying keywords. It seems that lawyers are still paying the most out of all. With personal injury on the top of the list, I’ll make sure that I find my lawyer on Google if I ever slip and fall…..

I find it interesting to note the change in the trends from last week to now. Take last week’s top phrase: “mesothelioma lawyers” going for $54.33. This same phrase is now valued at $61.17. It should also be noted that while generating this list, out of my own curiosity I would often search two keywords hours apart and note the change in their price. I found that it is not uncommon for the price of a keyword to change even upwards of $1 only hours apart. It appears that keywords in the lower price-level do not fluctuate nearly as much, however bidding for the top-spot is continual and prices move more often than I initially thought.

I have updated the Highest Paying Search Terms page to include the current 300 top paying search keywords which I have found using the tool. Below are a few to check out:

$78.30 chicago personal injury lawyer
$73.01 chicago personal injury attorney
$69.17 lasik new york city
$64.27 new york personal injury lawyer
$64.17 new jersey car insurance

Some nice gold you’re finding there. The tool is pretty cool and really helpful for either AdWords or Adsense people.

Cheers,
Dan

.. “I have a law website, but the Chicago personal injury link ad never comes up!” –

Maybe they have set their Adwords to only appear for searches made by people living in Chicago (based on IP address). Don’t have it in front of me now, but I believe you can geotarget your Adword ads that tight.

If they’re a Chicago company that can only service clients in that city, there’s no point in paying for clicks from people living in India, the UK or even Florida.

Just a thought…

Hi There, sorry but can’t seem to find your name anywhere in the blog………not even in the about me section….

Using the Google tool to find high paying keywords is only part of puzzle,as per Steve Gill who has a lawsite he can’t seem to get this top paying keyword to appear on his site.

Perhaps you can give us some guidance as how to use the keyword in our content and the density so that when we use the google adsense preview tool the advert appears.

I have now stopped trusting the advertised top paying keywords until l have looked at their overall paying trend , ie from number one spot to number ten spot as some of the highest paying keywords should be treated as bogus or fools gold keywords.

But no matter how good your content is or how organised your keywords are it’s the targeted traffic we all need and pretty quick…….any suggestions other than using Seoelite or blogging, regards Pete

I have a good keyword with google keyword tool, but I don’t get much from the click, for ex. in the tool I search that lung cancer has about $ 3.83 but I just get $0.0, why? anyone can answer it.
