For those of you hoping to get your money back... There is a chance that may happen. Charis seems to be hanging in there and fighting, based on the postings on the 12dp site.

Be that as it may, I think anyone that chooses to participate in a program that offers such high returns should also realize that the risks are high. This is investment 101. High return equals high risk. Hopefully none of you risked more than you could afford to loose.

I have a couple personsal legal issues that are being fought on a much smaller scale and one case has gone on for 4 years and the other 2 years. Don't expect any resolution any time soon. I wished I could be more optimistic.

I think your only chance is if Charis hangs in there and pulls off the legal action; but this more than likely will take a considerable amount of time.

I'm hoping this all gets worked out soon, because I want to participate. If 12dp does survive, then that would be a very good indicator that it is a legit business.

I think one needs to look at this program and others similar in nature as a bit of a gamble. How long before the well runs dry? Unfortunately, with gambling there are winners and there are loosers.

I'm hoping this all will work out and soon...

Reply I received from BBB:

Thank you for contacting the Better Business Bureau concerning your complaint.

In the past 36 months, the company you have filed your complaint against has been the subject of numerous complaints that the company has ignored. Please refer to our reliability report at www.gobbb.org for its history.

BBB has forwared a copy of your complaint to the company - but we do not expect to hear from the company based on its past history of failing to respond.

If you have any questions, please contact me.

Sincerely,

Christina Backus

I just confirmed with my CC and they received the voided funds. Looks like StormPay did a good thing here. I don't know whether they knew I was affiliated with 12dp or not.

I agree with the opinions that both 12dp and StormPay are bad. I would imagine that the large withdrawl to cover the migration to EMO is what triggered the action by Stormpay because they couldn't cover the withdrawl. Then things snoballed from there.

I noticed that Charis is still updating the web site. I wonder what country she is doing it from?

As soon as I heard that 12DP was changing pay processors, I figured that SP would not like it and like all banks, they probably put the $$ in their own interests and won't have the $$ until after a certain period of time. Why don't they just explain that.

would it be like calling the kettle black if another company aided and abedded them ...I mean if you knew for years that ponzis and pyramids were on your site and you collected 2.9% off their revenue shouldnt you also be in trouble for letting it go on this long? Just a thought from someone who wants his money back!!! If the crime fits then someone better be taking the blame for so many peoples money gone!!! Bad promo and bad business makes people scared to do business with you now since your not willing to admit your part in this..but time will tell when the dust is gone who the real criminals our! Yes you could ban me but I got a voice and I want my money and I want to see this go to court so a verdict is made..I beleive in justice and that their must be two sides to a story, not just one, so this is not over till a judge hears this case!
I wrote this ticket to stormscam in hopes that the two idiots Steve Girskey and the other butt buddy MCconelly will add some perspective to the light of being part of this cover up! Seems to me white collar criminals flourish knowing they wont do hard time but in a country club at the Hilton. So im out of money and still wondering when this one sided story will go before a circuit judge so he can make the final ruling!
