Be that as it may, I think anyone that chooses to participate in a program that offers such high returns should also realize that the risks are high. This is investment 101. High return equals high risk. Hopefully none of you risked more than you could afford to loose. I have a couple personsal legal issues that are being fought on a much smaller scale and one case has gone on for 4 years and the other 2 years. Don't expect any resolution any time soon. I wished I could be more optimistic. I think your only chance is if Charis hangs in there and pulls off the legal action; but this more than likely will take a considerable amount of time. I'm hoping this all gets worked out soon, because I want to participate. If 12dp does survive, then that would be a very good indicator that it is a legit business. I think one needs to look at this program and others similar in nature as a bit of a gamble. How long before the well runs dry? Unfortunately, with gambling there are winners and there are loosers.
